Courier Manager

Join Our Team as a Courier Manager!
Rate: $4 up to $7 per hour
Schedule: US Time Zone (PST) | Permanent Remote Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Courier Manager to oversee daily courier operations and ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.

Role Highlights::
- Manage and coordinate courier staff and delivery schedules
- Monitor daily deliveries to ensure on-time performance
- Handle dispatching and route planning
- Track orders and resolve delivery issues
- Communicate with clients and drivers regarding updates and concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or courier operations is a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, tracking systems)
