JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident and professional Phone Support Specialist to join our team. This role will initially focus on handling incoming calls and guest inquiries, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Virtual Assistant role as you grow with the company.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong English communication skills who wants long-term remote work and career growth.

Initial Responsibilities (Phone Support Focus):
- Answer incoming guest and customer calls professionally
- Handle general inquiries regarding reservations, stays, and services
- Collect caller details accurately (name, reservation info, concern)
- Pass concerns to the internal team for follow-up
- Inform callers that updates will be sent via email or messaging system
- Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional tone at all times
- Future Growth Opportunity (Full-Time VA Role):

Successful candidates may transition into a broader Virtual Assistant role, including:

- Guest messaging support
- Reservation management
- Calendar coordination
- Admin tasks
- Team support and operations assistance
- Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English
- Clear and professional phone manner
- Strong listening and note-taking skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Customer service mindset
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Previous call center, customer support, or VA experience is a plus

Per call (initial role)
Full-time compensation to be discussed upon transition to VA role.
