Experienced Autodialer Cold Caller (Construction Leads)

We need an experienced autodialer cold caller to qualify construction leads.

This is a high-volume role: minimum 100+ calls per 4-hour shift using an autodialer.

You will:
- Call permit holders / property owners
- Confirm if they are moving forward with the project
- Ask if they already have a general contractor
- Qualify and set interested leads
- Leave clean notes after every call

Requirements:
- Proven cold calling experience (BPO/call center/real estate/solar/insurance, etc.)
- Comfortable with an autodialer and fast-paced calling
- Clear English, confident and direct communication
- Quiet workspace, stable internet, reliable headset
- Available 9am-1pm PST (California time)

Not for beginners. Please do NOT apply if you have no cold calling experience.

Pay: $5/hour
