QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper – US Small Business Monthly Retainer

Summary
This is a fixed monthly retainer engagement. Estimated 3-4 hours per month. We already handle all AR follow ups, AP, and invoicing.

We need:
- Monthly bank reconciliation using statements provided by the client
- Expense categorization and QuickBooks Online maintenance
- Chart of accounts hygiene and initial cleanup: will pay more in the first month for this
- Monthly P&L and balance sheet update
- Books closed and reports delivered by the 10th of each month

Transaction Volume:
- Under 100 transactions per month. This is a very simple, low-maintenance account.

Requirements:
- QuickBooks Online certified
- Proven experience with US-based small business clients
- Familiarity with S-Corp entity structure preferred
- Organized, responsive, and deadline-driven
