Full-Time SDR / Appointment Setter — US Property Managers (Graveyard Shift, Permanent)

We're hiring a full-time SDR to dial US property managers and book qualified demos. Smart access control company (hardware + SaaS). The pipeline is real: 24,000-unit retail order confirmed, national retail meeting end of month, FCC-certified hardware. Leads are loaded in GoHighLevel and waiting.

COMPENSATION
- Base: $500-$1000 USD per month (~?30,733 PHP-~?61,609 PHP)
- Bonus: $40 per fully-shown demo + $150 per closed deal
- Top performer Week 4+ earnings: ~$2,900/month USD
- Pass 30-day trial? permanent seat + expanded bonus

SCHEDULE
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST OR 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST (you pick one and commit)
- That's 9:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT or 10:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT — confirm you can do graveyard shift before applying

WHAT YOU DO EVERY DAY ---------- + outbound dials (top performers do 150–200)
- Qualify on script: door count, decision-maker, pain point, urgency
- Book qualified demos onto the Sales Manager's calendar
- Log every touch in GoHighLevel, same-day
- EOD report submitted unprompted by 5 PM EST
- Friday 1:1 with your manager

REQUIRED
- 2+ years real B2B cold calling — 100+ dials/day, not 30
- Fluent professional English with confident phone presence
- Worked with US clients before
- GoHighLevel experience preferred (HubSpot/Salesforce acceptable)
- Quiet home office, professional headset
- Reliable internet: primary ISP + backup (Globe, PLDT, Smart, mobile hotspot — name them)

THE TRIAL
30 days paid. Day 15 KPI alignment with your manager. Day 30 permanent seat decision. Pass the trial and the role is permanent with raise in bonuses.
