Full Stack Developer / AI Developer (Build AI-Powered Systems & Products)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer / AI Developer who can build real production systems powered by AI, not basic websites or simple apps.
This role combines full-stack development + AI engineering + automation systems to build scalable, intelligent products used in real operations.
If you only build static apps or tutorials, this role is NOT for you.

What You Will Do
Build full-stack web applications (dashboards, internal tools, SaaS products)
Develop AI-powered features using LLMs (OpenAI or similar APIs)
Design and implement AI agents and automation systems
Build backend systems, APIs, and integrations
Create RAG systems (AI using company/data sources)
Integrate automation tools like n8n, Make, webhooks, and APIs
Work on production systems used by real users and teams

Required Skills
Strong experience with Next.js / React (frontend)
Strong backend skills in Node.js and/or Python
Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
Experience with OpenAI / LLM APIs or AI frameworks
Understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
Experience building or integrating automation workflows
Ability to ship production-ready applications

Nice to Have
Experience building AI agents or RAG systems
Familiarity with LangChain or AI orchestration tools
Experience with n8n / Make / Zapier
Experience building SaaS products or internal tools
Experience with voice AI or conversational systems

Not a Fit If You
Only build frontend UI with no backend experience
Have never worked with APIs or databases
Cannot build or deploy production systems
Need step-by-step guidance for every task
