Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Payroll: Php25,000 base + 5%–8% commission on closed deals

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative who doesn’t just book appointments but actively drives sales and closes deals. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, confident in presenting to clients, and capable of generating revenue by addressing client needs, closing deals, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to clients to close deals effectively.
- Identify and create upsell opportunities during client meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of prospects, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings and tailor presentations to meet specific client needs.
- Showcase confidence and professionalism while presenting, whether over the phone, via video call, or in written correspondence.
- Work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving tasks and priorities.
- Focus on generating revenue, not just scheduling meetings, by proactively closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, its features, and how it can be used in sales and marketing processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proven experience in delivering presentations, closing deals, and upselling in a sales environment.
- Comfort and confidence in presenting to clients and prospects to drive sales.
- Proficiency in conducting online research and gathering relevant information to tailor presentations effectively.
- Familiarity with AI and ChatGPT technologies for enhanced communication (preferred).
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping.
- Ability to compile and synthesize information from various sources to create comprehensive prospect profiles.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp industry-specific knowledge.
- Prior experience with lead generation, sales support, closing deals, or upselling is a strong plus.
