We are a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in Florida, USA. We provide professional cleaning services to homes, apartments, and short-term rentals. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Scheduling Virtual Assistant to help manage customer communication and daily scheduling.
This is a long-term position with growth opportunities for the right candidate.
**Position Overview**
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with strong English communication skills who can handle customer service, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, managing bookings, sending reminders, and maintaining an organized schedule.
Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or appointment setting is highly preferred.
**Main Responsibilities**
**Customer Service**
- Answer customer messages via SMS,
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Handle rescheduling and cancellations
- Confirm appointments with customers
- Follow up after services
- Assist with customer concerns or complaints
**Scheduling & Dispatching**
- Manage daily cleaning schedules
- Assign jobs to cleaning teams
- Update customer records
- Send appointment reminders
- Track job progress
- Ensure smooth daily operations
**Administrative Tasks**
- Update booking notes
- Maintain customer records
- Send invoices when needed
- Request customer reviews
- Perform general administrative support
**Required Skills**
- Excellent spoken and written English

**Software Experience (Preferred):**
- Scheduling software (BookingKoala, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar)
- Google Calendar
- Gmail
- CRM systems
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
**Work Schedule**
- Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time
- Full-time availability required
- Weekend availability is a plus
Typical hours may include rotating shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
**Pay & Benefits**
