JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based company looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team.

You will be working across two businesses:
• Vantage Creative Company – a media and marketing agency helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through social media, branding, and increasing online sales.
• Vantage Stays – a real estate investment company focused on corporate housing, landlord partnerships, and helping homeowners with property solutions nationwide.

Both businesses are brand new and are looking to grow rapidly, and we’re looking for the right person to help make that happen.

Position Details:

-Part-time: 5 hours per day
-Long-term opportunity with room for growth
-Remote position

Responsibilities:

-Client acquisition and lead generation
-Outreach to potential clients (Phone, email, social media, etc.)
-Managing communications and follow-ups
-Administrative support
-Assisting with social media and marketing coordination
-Helping streamline day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

-Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Self-motivated and proactive
-Comfortable with outreach and talking to potential clients
-Experience in sales, lead generation, or marketing is a plus
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
