We are a real estate services company based in the US (Philadelphia, PA) looking to hire a reliable, detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

We specialize in administrative services for real estate investing and are looking for someone with direct experience in that area.
This is a remote, long-term position.

The role is focused on managing Philadelphia rental license applications from start to finish. You'll be trained on the full process — your job is to execute it accurately, stay organized, and communicate clearly along the way.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, follows systems closely, and thinks critically when something doesn't go as expected.

Schedule & Hours

- Around 20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow
- Ideally Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–1:30 PM EST


What You'll Do

- Process Philadelphia rental license applications from submission to approval
- Track each application through every stage using ----------
- Communicate with clients and city offices via professional, well-written emails
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records throughout the process
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
- Marketing outreach via email

Required Skills & Attributes

- Prior clerical or administrative experience
- Strong written English
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to follow a structured process
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks
- Reliable internet connection and availability during posted hours
- Experience working with US-based companies or clients
- Great neutral accent
- Dropbox, Google Drive or shared drive experience
- Familiar with CRM / task management systems
- MS Office Suite + PDF

Nice to Have

- Experience with ----------
- Familiarity with US municipal or government processes
- Experience with Docusign, Dotloop, or other document preparation software
