Type: Part-time to start (20 hrs/week), with path to full-time
Schedule: Must overlap at least 4 hours with Pacific Time business hours (US West Coast)
Rate: $3–$5/hour USD, depending on experience (paid weekly)

About Us
Stlouchi Group is a U.S. government contractor based in Southern California. We bid on federal, state, county, and city contracts across janitorial services, facilities support, medical courier, and logistics. We're in growth mode and need a sharp, reliable VA to help us scale our bidding capacity.

What You'll Do
The bottleneck in our business right now is the legwork — finding qualified subcontractors in specific U.S. cities and getting pricing from them quickly so we can submit competitive proposals. That's your job.
Core responsibilities:

Subcontractor sourcing: Given a contract opportunity (e.g., "janitorial services at a VA hospital in Phoenix, AZ"), find 8–15 licensed, qualified subcontractors in that specific geographic area using Google, license-lookup sites, industry directories, and LinkedIn.
Outreach & quote collection: Send templated (and lightly customized) emails to subs requesting quotes on defined scopes of work. Follow up on no-responses. Log every interaction.
Vendor database management: Maintain a Google Sheets database of subcontractors organized by trade, region, license status, certifications (SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(a), etc.), and responsiveness.
Solicitation research: Pull basic intel on contract opportunities — incumbent name, prior award value, agency POC, due dates — from ---------- , FPDS, USAspending, and state procurement portals.
Light proposal support: Format documents, gather company certifications, organize past performance references, proofread written content.

Email
& calendar management: Triage inbox, flag time-sensitive items, schedule calls with subs and primes.

Required Skills

Excellent written English (you'll be emailing US business owners — your writing represents our company)
Strong research skills — comfortable with Google searches, navigating government websites, finding contact info
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and basic CRM/spreadsheet workflows
Detail-oriented and organized — this role lives or dies by clean records
Self-starter who can take a brief and run with it without hand-holding
Reliable internet and a quiet work environment for occasional calls

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Prior experience supporting US-based businesses
Familiarity with B2B lead generation, cold outreach, or vendor sourcing
Exposure to government contracting, construction, janitorial, or logistics industries
Experience with tools like Apollo, ---------- , ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

How to Apply
Please send:

A short cover note (3–5 sentences) explaining why this role fits you — generic applications will be ignored
Your resume or OnlineJobs.ph profile link
A short test: Find me 5 licensed janitorial companies in Riverside, California that have been in business for 3+ years. Provide company name, website, phone, email, and a one-line note on why they look credible. Format as a simple list. This should take 30–45 minutes — please don't spend more than an hour on it.
