SENIOR AUTOMATIONS, ZAPIER AND GHL SPECIALIST — REMOTE | US HOURS

This is a hands-on Automations building role, but we are looking for SENIOR-LEVEL skill and judgment. Here is what that means:

You will be the person inside GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make and API's every single day. Building workflows, troubleshooting errors, and maintaining client automations. You will be doing the work. But we need someone who does the work at a senior level. That means:

- You catch your own mistakes before anyone else does
- You do not need to be audited or micromanaged
- You investigate and figure things out before asking for help
- When something breaks, you find the root cause (you do not just guess)
- You follow instructions carefully and execute them accurately

If you need step-by-step hand-holding, this is not your role. We have been burned by that already.

IMPORTANT: WORKING HOURS

This role requires you to work 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. In Philippine Time, that is roughly 9 PM to 5 AM the next day. You will be working overnight shifts. If you cannot commit to this schedule consistently, please do not apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You are the technical builder and troubleshooter for our agency's automation systems. Your day looks like this:

- Build GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, custom values, and snapshots for new clients as directed by the Account Managers
- Build multi-step Zaps with paths, filters, formatters, and webhooks
- Run a system health check every morning. Review GHL and Zapier error logs and resolve breaks immediately
- Triage incoming Slack messages and support tickets, resolving 95% of issues within 24 hours
- Investigate and fix broken automations (find the actual root cause, not just the surface symptom)
- Maintain accurate Client Automation Playbooks and cheatsheets so anyone on our team can pick up where you left off
- Build and configure landing pages inside GoHighLevel
- Log your build and support hours in ClickUp in real-time (90%+ accuracy)
- Manage and deliver our monthly client newsletter
- QA-test every workflow you build before handing it off

WHAT YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW
These are non-negotiable. We will test for them in the interview process.

- GOHIGHLEVEL: You have built complex workflows, automations, pipelines, custom values, snapshots, and landing pages inside GHL. You understand sub-account configurations. You can debug a broken workflow without help.
- ZAPIER: You have built multi-step Zaps with paths, filters, formatters, and webhooks. You know when to use Zapier versus GHL native automations versus both together.
- INTEGRATIONS: You have connected platforms like Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber or other similar CRM tools through both Zapier and GHL. You understand webhooks, basic API concepts, and JSON.
- TROUBLESHOOTING: When a workflow breaks, you check the logs, isolate the failure, fix it, document what happened, and put a safeguard in place so it does not happen again. You do not panic and you do not guess.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: You catch your own mistakes. You test before you hand off. You read the requirements carefully and build to spec.
- DOCUMENTATION: You write clear playbooks and cheatsheets that someone else can actually follow.
- ENGLISH: You can read, write, and speak English clearly. You will be on video calls with our team and occasionally with clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE MEASURED ON
- Technical error rate of less than 2% per month
- 100?curacy in workflow documentation
- 95% of support issues resolved on the first attempt within 24 hours
- 90?curacy in real-time time tracking inside ClickUp
- Workflows pass QA on the first attempt

WHO YOU ARE
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and Zapier (not just "I've used them," you've built complex systems in them)
- Available to work 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday (overnight shift in the Philippines)
- Clear written and spoken English
- Detail-obsessed. You catch the bugs other people miss
- Self-directed. You investigate and figure things out before asking for help
- Calm and methodical when things break
- Comfortable on camera for tea ---------- etings and occasional client calls
- Reliable. You show up, you do the work, you do not need to be reminded twice
- You think outside the box. You know what can go wrong before it does and you present it to the team before mistakes or issues happen

WHO YOU ARE NOT
- Someone who has only built basic Zaps or is "still learning GoHighLevel"
- An automation user, not a builder
- Someone who needs every task explained step by step
- Someone whose work has to be audited regularly
- Unable or unwilling to work overnight US hours
