Reports to: Card Business Operations Lead

About the Role
We are a U.S.-based sports and trading card business looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day eBay store management and workflow coordination in ---------- . You will work directly with the person running our card operation, helping keep listings, orders, and internal tasks moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Create, edit, and optimize eBay listings (titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, categories)
• Monitor eBay messages and respond to buyer inquiries within SLA
• Process orders, print shipping labels, and track fulfillment status
• Handle returns, cancellations, and case resolution on eBay
• Maintain and update boards, items, and statuses in ----------
• Build and update dashboards, automations, and recurring task workflows in ----------
• Track inventory movement between buying, grading, listing, and sold stages
• Pull eBay sales reports and summarize performance on a weekly basis
• Research comparable sales (eBay sold comps, 130point) to support pricing decisions
• Coordinate with U.S. tea ---------- mbers across time zones
• Other ad hoc operational support as the business grows

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing an eBay store (listings, orders, buyer communication, case management)
• Working knowledge of ---------- (boards, automations, dashboards) or strong experience with a comparable PM tool (ClickUp, Asana, Notion) and willingness to learn ---------- quickly
• Strong written English, professional communication
• Comfortable working U.S.-aligned hours (at least partial overlap with Eastern Time)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks without errors
• Reliable home internet and a quiet work setup

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
• Any familiarity with the sports card or trading card industry (sports cards, Pokémon, Magic, etc.)
• Understanding of card grading (PSA, BGS, SGC) and population reports
• Experience pricing cards using eBay sold comps, 130point, or PSA price guide
• Prior work for a card shop, breaker, or collectibles reseller
• Photography or photo editing skills for listing imagery
• Familiarity with shipping platforms (eBay Labels, Pirate Ship, ShipStation)
