Senior Blockchain Solutions Architect (XRPL / RWA Tokenization) – Side Hustle

Salary: $800 – $1,000 USD per month
Location: 100% Remote (Manila-based for occasional meetings)

The Mission:
HighTechMortgage is a 32-year California mortgage brokerage legacy transitioning into the digital asset economy. We are building the rails for Commercial Real Estate Tokenization on the XRP Ledger. We are looking for a "Guru" who understands the architecture of institutional finance. This is a side-hustle role (1-2 hours/evening) to help us win a RippleX FinTech Builder grant.

Critical Skills Required:

- XRPL Mastery: Proficiency with MPT (Multi-Purpose Tokens) and XLS-39 (Clawback/Freeze) logic.
- Institutional Templates: Ability to adapt Hedera Asset Tokenization Studio or Provenance (HASH) logic.
- Compliance Mindset: Understanding of authorized trustlines and KYC-gated asset movement.
- Communication: Exceptional English (Written and Verbal).

What You Will Be Doing (Phase 1):

1. GitHub Management: Set up the HTM Organization and private repositories.
2. Verification: Implement the xrp-ledger.toml file for institutional trust.
3. Prototyping: Create a "Synthetic" mortgage tokenization workflow on XRPL Testnet.
4. Grant Support: Ensure code meets technical prerequisites for Ripple funding.
