Appointment Setter/Social Media Manager for Victorious PR

Victorious PR is a leading global PR agency specializing in AI, entrepreneurship, and tech. We help visionary leaders and innovative companies be seen and heard for the impact they make.
We are looking for a high-performance Appointment Setter / Social Media Manager who can both build attention and convert that attention into qualified opportunities.
This role combines social media execution, audience engagement, and appointment setting in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

What We Offer
Compensation: $5/hr for 40 hours/wk
We operate in American hours Mon-Fri 7-3pm PST. You must be available during these hours.
The first 90 days are probationary.
Fully remote: you can work from anywhere in the world

Responsibilities
Manage and grow our presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Create and publish engaging content
Work on design to complement content
Stay ahead of trends in PR, AI, and classical music
Actively engage with followers, comments, and DMs
Proactively reach out to aligned entrepreneurs and businesses
Qualify leads (budget, need, timing, fit)
Book calls for the sales team and ensure strong show-up rates
Maintain organized tracking of conversations and follow-ups
Manage outreach, pipeline, and lead tracking using GoHighLevel (CRM)
Requirements
Strong communicator and natural relationship builder
High level of integrity and follow-through
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proactive and performance-aware
Operates with high standards and accountability
Experience in social media management and/or sales outreach
Ability to manage multiple conversations and platforms simultaneously
Strong understanding of content, engagement, and online positioning
You will be asked to use screenshot monitor for hourly work tracking
