We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Admin Sales Specialist (HubSpot & QuickBooks Expert) to support our B2B sales operations. This role involves managing outbound follow-ups, setting qualified appointments, and maintaining a structured and efficient sales pipeline. You must have advanced experience in HubSpot, including creating pipelines, segmenting contacts, tracking deals, and ensuring consistent follow-through, as well as hands-on experience with QuickBooks for invoicing, payment tracking, and client follow-ups. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as you will interact with prospects and clients in a clear, professional, and pleasant manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing both CRM and administrative tasks with minimal supervision, contributing directly to the growth and organization of the sales process. This is a remote role (20–30 hours per week) with pay of $3–$5/hour based on experience, plus commission and performance bonuses:
* $25 per qualified appointment scheduled
* $50 for every closed sale
* Bonus for completed walk-through appointments
* Monthly performance bonus for hitting targets
* Extra incentives for exceeding monthly goals
* Retention bonus for long-term clients closed
* Potential pay increase based on performance
