AI Content Creator (Short-Form Video / TikTok & Reels)

We’re looking for a creative and consistent AI content creator to produce short-form videos for a fast-growing fitness & recovery brand.

Must speak fluent english

Your job is to create 3–4 short videos per day using AI avatars, and simple edits for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is NOT basic editing work — we need someone who understands viral content, hooks, and storytelling.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES
Create 3–4 short-form videos daily
Use AI avatars (podcast-style videos), slideshows, and simple visuals to convert into sales or downloads
Add large, clean subtitles for retention
Make images using google flow or nano bana then turn images into animated videos using heygen
Follow provided scripts and also adapt hooks when needed
Maintain a consistent posting style and format
Deliver content daily

???? CONTENT STYLE

You will be creating videos similar to:

Podcast-style talking clips (AI avatars)
Bold, engaging text overlays
Simple but high-retention edits

Topics include:

Body pain (back, shoulders, hips, etc.)
Recovery and mobility
Fitness myths and misconceptions

? REQUIREMENTS
Experience with short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
Familiar with tools like:
AI avatar platforms (HeyGen, Synthesia, Nana banana, Google Veo3 etc.)
CapCut or similar editing tools
Strong understanding of:
Hooks (first 2 seconds are critical)
Retention editing
Good English comprehension (scripts provided)
Able to work consistently every day
