Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and instruction-driven Video Editor to join our team at Exchange Life, a US-based fast growing travel jewelry brand, selling flag charms (Our website: ---------- ). Your mission will be to create short, clean, high-performing organic videos for Instagram and TikTok, simple, native-looking content that blends into the feed and drives results.

These are fast edits: 7–15 second videos, simple text on screen, no effects or complex transitions. Each video takes around 15 minutes to make, while the focus needs to be on picking the best clips available from our clip library, which requires a good eye for aesthetics and visual quality.

If you have the eye for good aesthetics and have a knack for creating content that stops the scroll and engages audiences, we want to talk to you. This is a long-term, fully remote position for an editor who is passionate about the intersection of creativity and data, and is excited by the opportunity to have their work directly impact business results.

What You'll Do:

- Edit short videos (7–15 seconds) for organic TikTok and Instagram Reels using footage from our clip library.
- Select the strongest clips: the right ---------- nts, the right angles, the right feel.
- Keep edits clean: simple on-screen text, no heavy effects, natural pacing.
- Follow creative briefs closely and deliver consistently.
- Turn edits around quickly once an assignment comes in.

Who We're Looking For:

- A Strong Eye for Aesthetics: You can look at raw footage and immediately know what's aesthetic and what's not. Clip selection is the job, and you take it seriously.
- Precise and Instruction-Driven: You follow briefs closely, ask questions when something is unclear, and don't improvise when the direction is specific.
- Short-Form Native: Your recent work is TikTok and Reels, not YouTube, not long-form, not cinematic edits.
- Fast and Efficient: You move through this simple editing style quickly.
- CapCut or Premiere Pro Proficient: Comfortable in a fast-paced editing workflow.
- Reliable: Strong English, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal back-and-forth.
- Available: Reliable internet and hardware to edit.

Compensation & Growth

We believe in rewarding top talent for outstanding results. This role offers a unique compensation structure designed to give you significant earning potential.

- Base Rate: You will start at 180 PHP per hour ($3/hour), averaging 6 hours of work a day, 6 days a week. Fully flexible, you manage your own time.
- Performance Bonuses: On top of your hourly rate, you will earn substantial monthly bonuses for creating viral videos and winning ads that meet or exceed performance targets. Our bonus structure is uncapped.
- Earning Potential: Our top-performing editors consistently earn $1,000-$1,500+ per month by combining base hours with performance bonuses.

This is a long-term position, not a gig. Most of our editors have been with us for over a year.
