(Full time ) Meta Ads + Go High Level Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads + Go High Level Marketing Specialist to help us generate qualified leads, optimize marketing performance, and build world-class automations.
We are a premium health diagnostics and longevity company focused on helping clients improve performance, health, and vitality through advanced testing and personalized programs.
This is NOT an entry-level role.
We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, automation, CRM workflows, and paid lead generation.
You must be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently.
You should understand how to:
Build and optimize Meta Facebook & Instagram Ads
Create high-performing lead campaigns
Manage audiences, retargeting, and tracking
Build workflows and automation inside Go High Level
Create landing pages and funnels
Improve lead response systems
Track KPIs and campaign performance
Recommend strategies for better conversion
Troubleshoot pixels, integrations, and automations
Bonus if you also have:
Video editing experience
Ad creative experience
Copywriting skills
Funnel strategy experience
AI workflow experience
We are initially hiring 3 candidates to complete a paid test assignment.
The strongest performer may become a long-term hire working 20–40 hours/week.
