Schedule: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM EST (with 30-minute unpaid break)

You will act as the central operational hub of a fast-growing coaching & consulting business.
Your job is simple:
???? Make the business run efficiently without relying on leadership.
You will oversee operations across:
Marketing
Sales pipelines
Client fulfillment
Internal systems
This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.
???? CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and manage daily business operations
Monitor and improve lead flow, CRM pipelines, and marketing performance
Build and optimize client onboarding and overall experience
Act as the bridge between leadership, team, and clients
Track payments, invoices, and financial records
Manage CRM systems, automations, and tools
Create and implement SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Coordinate tasks across tea
Support leadership with execution and priorities
Track KPIs and report performance insights
???? STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES (HIGH IMPACT)
Build a centralized operational system (funding, credit, training)
Create scalable workflows with funding as the core revenue engine
Develop onboarding systems, SOPs, and internal documentation
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training tea
Oversee social media operations (content planning, repurposing, execution)
Improve funnels, lead quality, and conversion rates
Reduce leadership involvement by building systems that run independently

Executes with minimal supervision
Takes full ownership of outcomes
Solves problems before escalating them
Builds systems that remove bottlenecks
Operates with urgency, precision, and accountability

Review Loom videos, recordings, and current systems
Attend alignment call for priorities
Begin immediate execution and system structuring

$550/month
Paid twice monthly (5th and 20th)
Payment via PayPal or Wise
