Technical Operations VA — Zapier, GHL, Automations

I run multiple online businesses (lead generation, education, agency client work) and I'm looking for a technical operations specialist to take over the backend tech work so I can focus on growth and sales.

You'll be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining Zapier automations between our tools
• Setting up landing pages, surveys, and forms (GHL, Typeform, etc.)
• Configuring GoHighLevel — pipelines, workflows, automations, tagging, snapshots
• Email marketing setup (Klaviyo, GHL email) — flows, segments, templates
• DNS configuration — domain setup, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), subdomain routing
• Documenting SOPs as you build so we can scale
What I need from you:
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (this is non-negotiable — please mention specific things you've built)
• Strong Zapier skills, including multi-step zaps and error handling
• Comfortable with DNS and basic technical troubleshooting
• Self-starter who can figure things out without hand-holding
• Good written English — we'll communicate mostly via Slack/Loom
• Available for some overlap with EST hours
Bonus points if you have:
• Experience with Klaviyo, ManyChat, or ConvertKit
• Light HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks
• Familiarity with lead gen / agency operations
