Real Estate Cold Caller — Commercial Property Owners (USA)

I am a commercial real estate broker in Atlanta, GA specializing in retail shopping center investment sales. I need a dedicated, full-time cold caller to call through a list of approximately 11,000 shopping center and retail property owners across the United States. I have been in investment sales throughout the US for over 10 years and have an extensive network of qualified investors that buy commercial real estate. The main task is to identify shopping centers for this group to purchase.

YOUR ONLY JOB IS TO MAKE PHONE CALLS. This is NOT a sales job. You are simply asking owners one question and passing along to me if they are interested in selling their property now or at some point in the future.

YOUR DAILY TASKS:
- Call 60-80 property owners per day from my list
- Read my short script asking if they would consider an offer to purchase their property from one of my qualified investors
- If interested — capture their email address and flag them as a warm lead for me
- Log every call result in a simple Google Sheet (called, no answer, not interested, interested)
- Send me a daily summary of warm leads found

WHAT I PROVIDE:
- Full property owner contact list (name, property name, phone number)
- Word-for-word cold calling script — you do not need to improvise
- Simple Google Sheet call log template
- Training call before you start
- Ongoing feedback and support

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent spoken English — clear, professional, and confident on the phone (this is the #1 requirement)
- Previous cold calling experience required (real estate experience a big plus)
- Reliable internet, headset, and quiet work environment
- Available during US business hours (Eastern or Central Time)
- Honest and consistent — this is long-term ongoing work

PAY:
- $600-$800/month base (full time, 40 hrs/week)
- Long-term position for the right person
