Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a reliable person in the Philippines who can speak Spanish and English fluently to help us talk to customers and manage messages.

What You Will Do

Reply to customers through chat and email
Talk to customers in Spanish and English
Handle more than one conversation at the same time
Stay organized and keep track of messages and tasks

What We Need
Fluent in Spanish and English
Good at writing and understanding messages clearly
Can stay organized and handle multiple tasks
Can work independently without needing constant supervision
Stable internet and a quiet place to work

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
10:00 AM EST to 8:00 PM EST

Pay
$300 per week for the first 2 weeks (trial period)
After 2 weeks, pay increases to $350 per week if we continue working together
