Website Production & Quality Specialist

About the Role

We are hiring a Website Production & Quality Specialist to review, refine, and finalize websites before they are delivered to customers. Your responsibility is to ensure every site meets our internal quality checklist and standards for layout, structure, clarity, and consistency.

This is a hands-on role inside our WYSIWYG editor. You will not simply point out issues. You will fix them.

We are looking for someone who is able to commit to this role full-time and treat it as their primary professional focus.

This is a remote contract role.

What You’ll Do

• Review completed websites against a defined quality checklist
• Work directly inside our editor to correct layout, spacing, formatting, and structural issues
• Ensure headings, sections, links, and metadata are implemented correctly
• Improve unclear or awkward copy where needed
• Ensure consistency across all pages within a site
• Perform final quality checks before sites are considered complete
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal processes

Required Skills and Experience

• Exceptional attention to detail. You naturally notice spacing inconsistencies, formatting errors, broken links, and structural issues
• Direct experience using WYSIWYG website editors or builders
• Confidence making layout and content edits independently
• Strong written English and ability to improve clarity
• Ability to work methodically through structured checklists without missing small issues
• Availability to commit full-time to this role as your primary professional focus

Nice to Have

• Experience reviewing small business websites
• Background in website production, publishing, or editorial roles
• Basic understanding of SEO structure and page hierarchy

Working Hours and Location

• Remote role based in the Philippines
• Core working hours aligned with EST
• First two weeks of training may require availability during PST hours
