About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes Klaviyo, knows how to turn flows into revenue, and understands that retention is where DTC brands win or lose.
What You'll Do
Build, launch, and optimize Klaviyo
Design and maintain core automation flows: welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, VIP, and sunset flows
Develop segmentation strategies based on purchase behavior, engagement, and customer lifecycle stage
Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, creative, copy, and offers to continuously improve performance
Build and maintain campaign calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal
Write compelling, on-brand
Collaborate with design and brand teams to brief and review creative assets
Manage list growth, deliverability, and list hygiene to protect sender reputation
Track and report on key KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue per recipient, LTV, churn, and SMS-specific metrics
Stay current with
What You Bring
2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience (this is non-negotiable — we want someone who knows the platform inside and out)
Proven track record building flows and campaigns that generated measurable revenue for DTC or e-commerce brands
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for what makes someone open, click, and buy
Experience with SMS platforms (Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, Attentive, or similar)
Solid understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and
Comfort with HTML/CSS for
Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not hunches
Fluent written and spoken English required (this role involves writing customer-facing copy and communicating directly with our team)
Self-starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines without hand-holding
Bonus Points
Experience with Shopify and the broader DTC tech stack
Background in health/wellness, beauty, or home goods categories
Familiarity with reviews platforms, loyalty programs, and CDPs
Experience scaling retention programs from $0 to $1M+ in attributed revenue
