We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to support daily operations related to credit repair services. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in credit repair processes, client communication, and dispute management, and is comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in managing client credit repair cases from onboarding to completion
2. Review credit reports and identify negative, inaccurate, or outdated items
3. Prepare and submit dispute letters to credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies
4. Track dispute progress and follow up on results
5. Maintain accurate and organized client records
6. Communicate with clients via
7. Ensure compliance with FCRA, FDCPA, and CROA guidelines
8. Use credit repair software (Credit Repair Cloud) efficiently
9. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and reporting
Required Experience
1. Proven experience in credit repair
2. Hands-on experience analyzing credit reports from all three bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)
3. Strong background in drafting and managing dispute letters and processes
4. Experience using credit repair tools/software such as Credit Repair Cloud or similar platforms
5. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (FCRA, FDCPA, CROA)
6. Experience handling client communication and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
