Affiliate Marketing/PPC/Conversion Assistant

This job involves the following:

Managing/Monitoring lots of PPC (paid search) affiliate campaigns.
Creating image ads and uploading them
Creating/Editing text ads and uploading them
Reporting on key metrics on a weekly + daily basis
Reading/contributing to leading forums
Engaging with the community for help and assistance
Reading, understanding and implementing campaigns
Webmastering websites.

Key skills:
- Ability to learn new skills + implement them quickly
- Excellent communication (Skype/Email)
- Strong technical knowledge (websites/internet etc)
- Knowledge of internet marketing

Salary is starting at 15000php, but has bonus incentive attached (based on profit).

Long term position, with potential to manage a team.
