I am looking for an AI Systems Co-Architect — Equity Partnership

I am the founder of KÜCO Media and the creator of the Sharp Brand Entity Architecture™ — a recursive, AI-native ontology that governs brand intelligence across strategy, identity, content, and sales.

The foundation is built. 13 documented modules. A clear, canonical system architecture. The vision is mapped and the documentation is thorough. I could build this myself — but I want speed. I am looking for a co-architect to help me make it real and functioning, fast.

The system operates through distinct modes — each performing a specific analytical function — with outputs written to a central truth layer that all other modes query when they execute. Stateful, relational, and progressive.

What I need:
Someone who can sit with a fully documented ontology and help translate it into a working system — schema design, mode logic, truth layer structure, and user interface interaction model. Strong in ontology design, AI systems architecture, and LLM tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent). Prompt engineering at a systems level is required.

The first goal is to get MVP for show rather than tell.

The terms:
This is not a freelance project. I am offering equity. I will pay $150 per hour to consult with me

I have a specific solution that, if you can help me make clear to others and get it done, I know you are the right person. I will pay $ 5,000 in release equity — this is a multi-billion-dollar opportunity. I will be extremely selective. I am sourcing people from many groups. I have spent a year building this, so the right fit is key.
