Claude AI Automation Expert

We’re looking for a Claude AI Automation Expert who can design, build, and optimize AI-powered skills, systems, and automations for business workflows.

Role Overview

You’ll help us create practical AI systems using Claude, including custom workflows, automation pipelines, reusable prompts, AI agents, and integrations with business tools. The ideal candidate understands both AI prompting and real-world process automation.

Responsibilities
-Build Claude-based automations, skills, and AI workflows
-Design reliable prompt systems for repeatable business tasks
-Create AI agents or assistants for internal and client-facing use cases
-Integrate Claude with tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, CRMs, or APIs
-Document workflows, logic, and setup instructions
-Test, debug, and improve AI outputs for accuracy and consistency
-Recommend automation opportunities across business processes

Requirements
-Strong experience working with Claude AI
-Proven ability to build AI automations and workflow systems
-Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, Notion, or similar
-Understanding of prompt engineering, AI agents, and structured outputs
-Ability to connect AI tools with APIs and business software
-Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
-Bonus: experience building Claude Projects, custom instructions, MCP servers, or AI-powered internal tools

You should be comfortable joining 1:1 online meetings with our end clients to present your work clearly and communicate effectively in English.
