GTM Engineer

Leapify is looking for a high-level GTM Engineer with strong experience using Clay + Instantly to help us scale outbound for our AI software company.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to build a modern outbound engine using:
Clay workflows
AI personalization
Instantly infrastructure
Deliverability systems
Smart lead sourcing
Campaign optimization

You should understand how to generate qualified meetings consistently while maintaining strong inbox health.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and manage outbound systems using:
Clay
Instantly
Source and enrich highly targeted lead lists
Build AI-powered personalization workflows
Launch and optimize cold email campaigns

Manage:
Domains
Inboxes
Deliverability
Warmup

Configure:
SPF
DKIM
DMARC

Monitor:
Open rates
Reply rates
Positive responses
A/B test messaging, hooks, and CTAs
Continuously improve campaign performance
Work directly with the founders on outbound strategy

Requirements
Strong experience with: Clay & Instantly
Understanding of cold email deliverability
Experience building outbound workflows
Ability to write natural, personalized cold emails
Strong English writing skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with data and large lead lists
