The Role
You are the operational backbone of our sales team. You keep the CRM clean, the pipeline moving, and nothing falls through the cracks. You produce the reports that help our leadership make fast decisions, you review calls to protect quality, and you make sure our assets are sharp and our handoffs are tight. You work directly with setters, closers, and the Sales Manager — and you serve as the safeguard that keeps revenue from slipping.

Known Outcomes You Will Be Responsible For
- CRM hygiene maintained daily — no lead unassigned, no stage left blank, no next step missing
- Daily and weekly reports delivered on time covering booked calls, no-shows, reschedules, and conversions
- All SOPs and sales documentation kept current and accessible at all times
- Sales assets (decks, one-pagers, follow-up PDFs, call materials) produced accurately, on-brand, and on deadline
- Recorded calls reviewed consistently with clear feedback delivered to setters and closers
- High-potential leads identified and escalated to the Sales Manager before they go cold
- Cross-department handoffs between sales, marketing, fulfillment, and customer success with zero dropped tasks


Preferred Competencies
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience — you use it daily and know it inside out
- Exceptional written and verbal English — your communication is polished, clear, and professional at all times
- Strong coordination skills across multiple teams and moving parts
- Experience supporting a remote sales team in an operations or admin capacity
- Ability to work with designers to produce on-brand sales collateral
- Extremely detail-oriented — you catch what others miss
- Proactive by default — you flag problems before they become fires


Compensation
$2,500–$3,000/month base depending on experience. Performance bonuses tied to sales team KPIs.

Location
Remote. You can work from anywhere, however you must be available on Slack 9am–7pm EST, Monday through Friday.
