About the Role
We’re looking for driven and professional Appointment Setters to support our licensed agents by scheduling calls with pre-qualified leads. This position is focused solely on booking appointments — no sales involved.
You’ll be reaching out to individuals who have an existing connection, including:
Union members
Credit union members
Association members
Current policyholders
Your role is to briefly explain the purpose of the call and coordinate a convenient time for them to speak with a licensed agent.
What You’ll Do
-Make outbound calls to assigned leads
-Clearly and professionally explain the reason for your call
-Schedule appointments on behalf of licensed agents
-Accurately log call results and appointment details
-Maintain a friendly, professional tone on every interaction
-Consistently meet daily and weekly booking targets
What We’re Looking For
-Experience in customer service (any field)
-Phone-based experience is a plus (call center, collections, scheduling, etc.)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Clear, confident speaking voice
-Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
-Self-driven, dependable, and goal-oriented
