We’re looking for someone who can act as a strong right hand to the founder — keeping calendars, inboxes, lead workflows, and key follow-ups moving while making sure day-to-day operations stay organized behind the scenes.
What they’ll handle:
• Managing calendar and inbox across coaching calls, prospect meetings, podcast recordings, internal meetings, and personal commitments
• Keeping inbound communication organized by triaging
• Owning podcast outreach and scheduling workflows, including guest coordination, forms, and tracking
• Maintaining clean, up-to-date records across campaigns, clients, and operational workflows
• Supporting lead filtering, LinkedIn response handling, nurture flow enrollment, and CRM hygiene
• Preparing founder-facing call briefs and surfacing high-value follow-up opportunities
Best fit if they:
• Have experience in VA, operations, sales support, or similar founder-support roles
• Are highly organized, dependable, and strong at managing moving priorities
• Can work independently and keep things progressing without constant follow-up
• Are comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in daily work
