Account Manager – UK SaaS (Propell - real estate)

We are hiring a high-performing Account Manager / Property PA to support customers of Propell, a UK-based property management software for landlords - ----------

Our customers pay a monthly subscription to manage their properties, documents, and compliance. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of landlords and supporting them with ongoing tasks and communication.

Responsibilities:
1. Onboard new customers (upload property data from spreadsheets)
2. Manage a portfolio of 150–200 landlords
3. Perform regular check-ins (monthly minimum, often more frequent)
4. Handle customer requests such as:
- Uploading documents
- Adding properties
- General admin support
- Act as the main point of contact for your landlords
- Upsell additional services (insurance, certificates, renewals)
- Work closely with our existing Philippines-based team

This is a fast-paced role with high responsibility.

Requirements:
1. Excellent spoken and written English (clear, neutral accent preferred)
2. Strong communication skills (comfortable speaking with UK clients)
3. Highly organised and responsive
4. Able to manage a large number of customers
5. Fast learner with strong attention to detail

Bonus:
1. Experience in UK property / lettings / property management OR property experience in any country
2. Experience in SaaS, customer support, or account management

Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK time)
