Founder’s Executive Assistant and Growth Operator

Job Type: Part-time to start, with long-term growth potential
Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week to start

About the Role
I am looking for a proactive, highly organized, growth-minded Founder’s Executive Assistant and Growth Operator to work directly with me across two growing Christian businesses: MyTapBands and MyDonorIQ.

This is not a basic admin role.

I need someone who can help organize ideas, manage details, communicate with customers, follow up with leads, support marketing, maintain systems in Notion, and keep projects moving.

You will work directly with me, a fast-moving founder, ministry leader, and entrepreneur. I generate a lot of ideas and opportunities. I need someone who can bring structure, follow-through, and ---------- ntum.

Primary Business 1: MyTapBands
MyTapBands provides custom tap/NFC wristbands, gospel wristbands, and branded outreach tools for churches, ministries, camps, teams, schools, nonprofits, and organizations.

You will help with:

Customer communication
Order processing
Design and artwork follow-up
Quote and invoice preparation
Order tracking from inquiry to delivery
Vendor and production coordination
Shipping and deadline communication
Lead research and customer follow-up
Social media and email support
Keeping order details organized in Notion
Improving systems so orders do not fall through the cracks
Primary Business 2: MyDonorIQ

MyDonorIQ is an AI-powered donor engagement platform for nonprofits, ministries, and mission-driven organizations.

You will help with:
Launch support
Lead research
Prospect list building
Customer acquisition outreach

Email follow-up
Social media content support
Beta user and design partner communication
Customer feedback tracking
Platform testing
Simple reporting on leads, signups, demos, and next steps
Helping move prospects from interest to demo, trial, or signup
Keeping leads, ideas, outreach, and follow-ups organized in Notion
Founder Support

You may also help with founder-level tasks across R.A.G.E. Ministries and other projects, including:
Scheduling support

Email follow-up
Project organization
Task tracking
Document preparation
Team, customer, donor, and vendor communication
Keeping Notion updated as our central workspace for projects, tasks, notes, leads, orders, and weekly priorities
Turning ideas into clear next steps
Helping me stay focused on what matters most
What Success Looks Like

In the first 30 to 90 days, success looks like:
MyTapBands orders and customer conversations are clearly tracked
MyDonorIQ leads and outreach are organized and moving forward
Notion becomes a reliable central workspace
Weekly updates are clear, helpful, and consistent
Customers and leads receive timely follow-up
I am not having to constantly remind you what needs to happen next
You are helping turn ideas into organized action
What I Need Most

I need an activator.

Someone who can:

Take ideas and turn them into action steps

This role will start at 10 to 20 hours per week.

For the right person, this can grow into a long-term, larger role as MyTapBands, MyDonorIQ, and our broader mission-driven work grow.

Paid Test Project

Final candidates may be asked to complete a small paid test project related to organizing tasks, writing customer communication, or building a simple lead follow-up plan.
