Appointment Setter (Full-Time) — Women Only

Type: Full-Time

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency that helps medical spas across North America generate leads and book new clients. We’re looking for motivated Appointment Setters who are confident on the phone, great at communication, and ready to help businesses grow.

What You’ll Do:
- Call, text, and follow up with warm leads provided by our system
- Qualify prospects and book them for consultations or treatments
- Maintain daily communication logs and report activity in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Ensure every lead receives timely follow-ups and reminders

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Strong appointment setting experience (phone & SMS)
- Great time management and organization skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally and think on your feet
- Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
