JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone who knows the game when it comes to finding and working with influencers and content creators.

This is not a beginner role. We need someone who understands how to consistently source high-quality creators, negotiate effectively, and help scale content production for a fast-growing e-commerce brand.

You’ll be responsible for building and managing our creator pipeline from A to Z:

- Research and identify influencers / UGC creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Find high-potential creators (not just big accounts)
- Reach out and manage conversations (DMs, email, etc.)
- Negotiate deals (gifted, paid, hybrid, affiliate-based)
- Set up and manage content exchange collaborations
- Identify when to use affiliate vs flat fee vs gifting
- Track all creators, conversations, and deliverables
- Organize everything in clean systems (Google Sheets, Notion, etc.)
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and workflows

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience sourcing influencers / UGC creators
- Knows how to find creators that actually convert (not just look good)
- Comfortable negotiating and structuring deals
- Understands affiliate programs and performance-based setups
- Highly organized — strong tracking and systems mindset
- Familiar with tools that improve efficiency (scraping tools, outreach tools, etc.)
- Good eye for content (especially what works for ads)
- Change the subject/title of your application to “Banana” so we know you read everything.
- Experience sourcing creators specifically for paid ads
- Familiar with tools like: Creator Marketplace, Billo, Upfluence, etc.

Cultural Fit (Important)

We are a Japanese-inspired brand, so this matters more than you think.

- You have a genuine interest in Japanese culture (design, anime, streetwear, etc.)
- You understand the aesthetic and audience
- You have strong creative instinct and taste

How to Apply:
1) A short intro about your experience
2) Examples of creators you’ve sourced or campaigns you’ve worked on
3) Tools you’ve used
4) Brands you've worked with
5) What do you like most about Japanese culture.
