Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Oncology Nurse based in the Philippines to join our team on a part-time remote basis.

You will support patient care through regular check-ins, symptom monitoring, and coordination within a psycho-oncology framework.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled remote patient check-ins (video or phone)

Monitor patient symptoms, side effects, and overall well-being

Provide patient education and supportive care guidance

Provide supportive guidance and basic emotional support within scope of practice

Escalate medical concerns appropriately

Collaborate with the care team to support patient plans

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the Philippines

Experience in oncology nursing (hospital or outpatient setting)

Strong communication skills in English (clear and confident for international patients)

Comfortable with telehealth (Zoom/phone-based care)

Compassionate, patient-centered approach

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Experience working with international (e.g. US-based) patients is a plus


Preferred

Experience in palliative care or psycho-oncology

Exposure to integrative or holistic care approaches



Compensation
?40,000 – ?70,000/month (part-time, approx. 20 - 30 hours/week)

Flexible hours based on scheduled patient check-ins

Working Arrangement

100% remote

Flexible part-time hours

Scheduled patient calls with additional support as needed
