Virtual Assistant - Online Business + Studio Operations Remote

I'm Asha, a healing guide, breathwork facilitator, and retreat curator based in Lisbon, Portugal. I run Asha's Place Lisbon, a healing studio and online business that supports high-achieving women through group programs, private retreats, and digital courses.

My business is growing, and I need someone behind the scenes who can keep things moving while I stay focused on the work I'm here to do.

What you'll actually be doing:
- Formatting and publishing email newsletters (MailerLite + Mailchimp)
- Managing and updating Airtable databases and automations
- Supporting course and program admin in ThriveCart (product setup, student access, troubleshooting)
- Coordinating online event logistics and studio rental inquiries
- General inbox support and task management

You're the right fit if:
- You have hands-on experience with MailerLite, Mailchimp, Airtable, and ThriveCart — not "I've heard of them," but actually worked in them
- You've supported course creators, coaches, or online business owners before
- You communicate clearly, follow through without being chased, and flag problems early
- You work well independently and don't need micromanaging
- You're comfortable in a small, values-driven business where things move intuitively and not everything is perfectly systematized yet
- Bonus points if you speak Portuguese and/or Spanish - my business operates in Lisbon and serves an international community, so language flexibility is a genuine asset
