Video Editor (Reels / Shorts – Fast-Paced, High Performance)

We are hiring a HIGH-LEVEL video editor to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping short-form content.

This is NOT basic editing.

You must understand:
- Jump cuts & micro-cutting
- Pattern interrupts (zoom, motion, pacing)
- Captions that actually get read
- Fast pacing (something changes every 1–3 seconds)

If your edits feel slow or basic, this is not a fit.

What You’ll Do
- Turn event footage into Reels / Shorts
- Edit fast, tight, high-retention content
- Produce consistently at scale

Pay
- Starts at $800/month
- The right person will help us bring on more editors and will supervise their output
- Increases fast based on performance and responsibilities.
