Product Lister + Campaign Setup Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented assistant for our fashion e-commerce store.

Your main tasks will be importing/listing products in ---------- and setting up Facebook sales ads/campaigns by following our instructions.

We use Poky to import products into Shopify. You do not need to translate everything manually, because we use tools and AI to make the process faster and easier.

Using AI tools is a must. We want someone who is comfortable using AI to work faster, improve product descriptions, check text, and follow instructions more efficiently.

This is not a full media buyer role. You do not need to create strategy, d ---------- budgets, scale campaigns, or make performance decisions. You only need to set things up correctly based on clear step-by-step videos and instructions.

Main tasks:
- Import/list products in Shopify using Poky
- Add product images, titles, prices, variants, collections, and descriptions
- Use AI tools to help improve and check product content
- Check that product pages look correct
- Prepare Facebook sales ads/campaigns
- Upload creatives, ad copy, headlines, and product links
- Follow our campaign naming structure
- Update simple Google Sheets
- Check your work before sending it for review
- Communicate clearly if something is missing or unclear

Requirements:
- Experience with Shopify product listing
- Basic experience with Facebook Ads Manager is a big plus
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Good English communication
- Detail-oriented
- Able to follow simple step-by-step videos
- Comfortable using Google Sheets
- Stable internet connection
- Own laptop or computer
- Honest, reliable, and willing to learn

This role is around 10-20 hours per week. Some days there may be more work, some days less. We are looking for someone long-term who can grow with the company.
