JOB OVERVIEW

Revenue Ownership & Performance Tracking
• Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets across Amazon US, Amazon India, Walmart US, and Shopify.
• Track revenue vs target, SKU-level performance, and platform-wise growth on a weekly cadence.
• Identify hero SKUs to scale and underperforming SKUs to fix, reprice, or phase out.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews with the CEO and flag risks early.
Performance Marketing & Ads Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Ads on Amazon US, Amazon India, and Walmart US.
• Drive TACOS down and ROAS up through continuous bid, keyword, placement, and creative testing.
• Allocate ad spend across SKUs and platforms based on margin, velocity, and seasonality.
• Grow Shopify through conversion optimization, bundles, email / SMS flows, and paid acquisition.
• Brief, coordinate, and hold accountable any Meta / Google ad agencies or freelancers.
• Track CAC, payback, and repeat rate on D2C; push for profitable D2C growth, not vanity revenue.
Cross-Functional Ownership
• Work with the Inventory team to secure stock on hero SKUs before scaling ads.
• Align with the Catalog team to ensure listings are optimized (title, images, A+, keywords) before driving traffic.
• Partner with the Review team to protect ratings on scaling SKUs and resolve issues quickly.
• Proactively prevent the two most expensive mistakes: stock-outs on scaling SKUs and ads running on suppressed listings.
Growth Strategy & Commercial Inputs
• Recommend pricing, discount, and bundling strategies by marketplace and season.
• Benchmark competitors on pricing, keywords, creative, and promotions — feed insights back into strategy.
• Identify whitespace — new SKUs, new categories, new marketplaces — and build the business case.
• Propose and run structured tests on pricing, creatives, and bundles; scale winners, kill losers.
Data, Reporting & Decision Making
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly dashboards covering revenue, TACOS, conversion, and margin.
• Present insights and action plans to leadership — the work is decisions, not just reports.
• Maintain clean, auditable trackers for ads, promos, and SKU performance.
• Turn every number into a 'so what' and a 'next step'.
