Meta Ads & GoHighLevel Specialist (Full Ownership Role)

We are a fast-growing marketing agency helping roofing companies generate consistent, high-quality jobs through Meta ads, lead generation systems, and automated sales processes.

We’re looking for a high-level operator to take full ownership of client results — not just run ads.

This is not a beginner or “task-based” role.
You will be responsible for the entire fulfilment pipeline.

Your Role (Full Ownership)

You will take complete responsibility for:

Launching, managing, and scaling Meta ad campaigns for service-based businesses
Building and optimising GoHighLevel funnels, workflows, and automations
Improving lead quality, booking rates, and overall client ROI
Troubleshooting issues across ads, funnels, and CRM
Continuously improving our systems, not just maintaining them
Working closely with the founder to drive performance and scale results

You are not here to “run tasks” — you are here to own outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

You must:

Have strong experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, workflows, pipelines, automations)
Be able to build systems from scratch, not just use templates
Have proven experience running Meta ads for service-based businesses
Understand how to generate qualified leads, not just cheap leads
Be highly proactive and solution-oriented (you solve problems without being told)
Think in terms of ROI, cost per booked call, and revenue, not vanity metrics
Be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients

Bonus (not required):

Experience working with roofing companies or home improvement niches
This Role Is NOT For You If:
You need constant instructions or supervision
You only know how to “boost posts” or follow basic ad strategies
You rely entirely on pre-built snapshots and cannot build your own systems
You avoid responsibility when results are poor

Compensation
$500/month base salary
Performance-based bonuses (based on client results, retention, and growth)
Clear progression into a senior/lead role as we scale

Working Details
Location: Philippines
Hours: UK time (8:30am – 5:00pm)
Work directly with the founder and core team (ads + creative)

Growth Opportunity

We are scaling aggressively to 20–50 clients, and this role will evolve into:

Head of Fulfilment / Team Leader
Managing other media buyers and systems
Playing a key role in the company’s growth
