We are looking for a skilled Duda Website Builder to join our team part-time and help us design, build, and deliver professional websites for small and medium businesses.
You will work primarily under:
Our Mission
Build high-quality, conversion-focused websites that help local businesses grow their online presence — fast, reliably, and at scale.
Your Role
You are not just dragging and dropping blocks — you are crafting complete, polished web experiences for real clients.
You will:
Build responsive, mobile-optimized websites using Duda
Create custom layouts using the Duda Widget Builder — configuring settings, styling precisely, and combining widgets to produce designs that go beyond basic templates
Structure scalable content using Duda Collections — setting up fields, connecting dynamic pages, and using content injection for team pages, service listings, portfolios, location pages, etc.
Deliver stylish, modern designs — clean aesthetics, intentional color palettes, sharp typography, well-balanced whitespace, and a premium feel
Optimize pages for SEO (meta titles, descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, schema markup, clean URLs)
Ensure accessibility compliance — proper contrast ratios, alt text, keyboard navigation, ARIA labels, meeting ADA, WCAG 2.1, and European standards (EAA / RGAA for French territories)
Integrate forms, maps, chat widgets, booking tools, and third-party embeds
Follow structured briefs and content documents to deliver pages accurately
Manage and organize assets (images, logos, copy) inside each Duda project
Stay current with Duda — follow release notes, blog, and community forums. When Duda ships something new, you assess it and bring it to our attention
Communicate progress clearly and flag blockers early
What We're Looking For
This is not a beginner role. We need someone who can take a brief and deliver a complete, client-ready site with minimal hand-holding.
You must:
Have hands-on Duda experience (strong preference)
Have a strong design sense — color theory, modern typography, visual hierarchy, whitespace. We will judge your portfolio on style, not just functionality
Understand web accessibility and legal compliance — ADA requirements, WCAG 2.1 guidelines, and European accessibility obligations. We serve clients in both the US and French Pacific markets — every site must meet standards for both regions
Be detail-oriented — pixel-level polish matters
Communicate clearly in English
Bonus Skills (Strong Advantage)
Experience with Duda's API and connecting collections to external data sources, CRMs, or automation tools
Ability to build custom interactive widgets (accordions, tabs, before/after sliders, animated counters)
Basic HTML/CSS for custom code widgets
Design trend awareness — you follow Dribbble, Behance, Awwwards, or similar
Google Search Console / Google Analytics setup
Canva or Figma for light image editing/asset prep
Understanding of conversion optimization (CTA placement, trust signals, above-the-fold structure)
Experience running accessibility audits with WAVE, axe DevTools, or Lighthouse
Knowledge of GDPR cookie consent and privacy policy requirements for European/French territory websites
Bilingual English/French is a plus
Schedule & Commitment
Part-time: approximately 15–20 hours per week to start
Hours are flexible, but we expect reliable delivery
Potential to grow into more hours and a full-time role as volume increases
What You Get
Long-term, stable position with a growing agency
Clear, structured briefs — no guessing what the client wants
Exposure to real client projects across multiple industries
Flexible working hours
Mindset & Culture Fit (VERY IMPORTANT)
We are not looking for someone who just builds what's asked and stops. We are building a serious web design operation and we want someone who wants to be part of it.
What this looks like:
You spot issues (broken spacing, inconsistent fonts, missing mobile tweaks) before being told
You suggest improvements: "This section would convert better if we moved the CTA above the fold"
You treat every site as if it were your own business's website
You take ownership from start to delivery — you're proud to say "I built this"
You don't wait for instructions on obvious fixes — you just handle it
You want to grow with the company long-term
If you are only looking for one-off gigs, this role is not for you.
If you want steady, long-term work building real websites for real businesses — we want to hear from you.
TO APPLY
Applications without portfolio examples will not be considered.
Please include:
A short introduction about yourself
Your experience with Duda
Links to at least 3 websites you have built with Duda. For each site, briefly explain:
What the client's business was
What you were responsible for (design, content, collections, SEO, etc.)
One design or technical decision you made and why
A screen recording or video walkthrough (even 2–3 minutes is fine) of one of your best builds — show us the Duda editor, how you structured the site, how you used widgets and collections. This is the fastest way to stand out. (Loom, Google Drive link, or YouTube unlisted all accepted)
How you approach building a website from a brief (your process, step by step)

?? Generic applications with no examples = automatic rejection. We want to see your actual work — not a list of skills. Show us, don't tell us.

We are looking for serious, detail-oriented, and proactive candidates only.
