Client Success & Delivery Manager wanted for a fast-growing UK AI content agency. You'll own relationships with 15–20 entrepreneur clients and make sure their content ships on time, on brand, every month. Founder-led, fully remote, real career growth.

PPA Media (ppamedia.ai) helps UK coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs become unignorable. Clients film once to create their AI digital twin, which produces 20+ videos and 40+ repurposed posts per month across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. We run on Notion, AI tools, and a strong VA team. 30+ clients and growing.
The Role (3 things)

Own client relationships — proactive comms, manage expectations, handle feedback, keep clients confident
Run delivery — track deliverables in Notion, coordinate VAs/editors/designers, kill bottlenecks before they hit clients
Protect quality — review AI content before it ships, catch brand and accuracy issues, send back what's not good enough

You're a fit if you:

Have managed clients in an agency or delivery setting
Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
Are organised, calm, and comfortable chasing people
Know Notion, Slack, Google Workspace (AI tools a plus)
Can overlap 4–6 hours/day with UK business hours

You're not a fit if you:

Wait to be told what to do
Let problems escalate before flagging them
Struggle with multiple moving parts
