co-run a podcast production and content operations agency and we're looking for one person to join our team!

This is a production coordination role — you'll be keeping podcast episodes moving smoothly from recording all the way to delivery. Think timelines, workflows, briefs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

WE'D LOVE YOU IF YOU:
?? Have experience in podcast, media, or content production
?? Are super detail-oriented and process-driven
?? Know how to manage multiple projects and deadlines
?? Are comfortable with production tools and digital workflows
?? Are proactive — you solve problems before they escalate
?? Are 18–28 years old and based in Metro Manila
