VIRTUAL ASSISTANT – DOG TRAINING BUSINESS (Melbourne, Australia)
We are a fast-growing dog training business based in Melbourne, Australia looking for a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to help us scale our marketing and outreach efforts.
This is an ongoing role with consistent weekly tasks and clear deliverables.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
1. Business Outreach & Partnerships
• Research and contact 10–20 Melbourne-based businesses per week that could partner with us (vets, pet stores, groomers, dog cafes, etc.)
• Send outreach messages via email or DM on our behalf
• Provide a weekly report on who was contacted, responses received, and follow-ups needed
2. Instagram DMs & ManyChat Flows
• Manage Instagram DM conversations and respond to leads
• Build and update ManyChat automation flows to capture leads and deliver free resources
3. Email Campaigns
• Write and schedule email campaigns in MailerLite
• Set up automations for new subscribers and lead nurture sequences
4. Meta Ads
• Run and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
• Monitor performance and provide weekly results reports (hook rate, hold rate, cost per lead, ROAS)
• Suggest improvements based on data

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Proven experience with ManyChat, MailerLite (or similar email platform), and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong written English — you will be representing our brand voice
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Organised and reliable — weekly reports are non-negotiable
• Experience working with an Australian or e-commerce business is a bonus
