Client Acquisition Specialist (B2B Sales & Cold Calling | Excellent English Required)

We are Elev8 Stays , a UK-based serviced accommodation company providing high-quality properties for contractors, corporate clients, and long-term stays.

We are looking for an experienced Client Acquisition Specialist who can confidently find, contact, and convert companies into clients.

This is a sales-focused role, not a basic virtual assistant position.



Your Responsibilities

* Research and identify companies that require accommodation (construction, relocation, insurance, corporate teams, film crews)
* Find key decision-makers (Project Managers, Office Managers, HR, etc.)
* Cold call companies and confidently introduce our services
* Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages
* Build and manage organised lead lists (Google Sheets / Excel)
* Generate and qualify leads for potential bookings



MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

* Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential
* Confident and comfortable on the phone (cold calling required daily)
* Proven experience in **B2B sales, lead generation, or client acquisition
* Ability to speak naturally and professionally (not scripted or robotic)
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
