*Manager Trainee (Sales & Field Ops) – Storajini | P20K Base + High Performance Bonuses (Up to P85K+)

Overview:

We are building Storajini—a fast-growing platform that turns unused spaces into income (think Airbnb, but for storage and parking).

We’re hiring ONE (1) Manager Trainee to help us grow our network of Operators (space owners/landlords) across the Philippines.

This is a performance-driven role with real growth into a Manager position.

What You’ll Do:
Find and recruit Operators (people with extra space for storage/parking)
Do field work (visit areas, talk to property owners, build relationships)
Do office/online work (follow-ups, onboarding, tracking)
Guide Operators to sign up through the Storajini app/portal
Hit monthly targets and track your pipeline

*** You are building our supply side—the backbone of the business.

Monthly Target:
** 200 Operator subscriptions/month (team goal; you’ll ramp into this with training)
Compensation:

+ Base: ?20,000/month
+ Performance Bonuses: P30,000 – P65,000+
*** Total Potential: P50,000 – P85,000+/month (Year 1)

+++ Bonuses are based on:

Number of Operators onboarded
Activation/retention of those Operators
Schedule:
Flexible / Output-based (not hourly)
Mix of field + remote work
Must be available for regular check-ins
Requirements:
Laptop + stable internet
Comfortable with field work and meeting people
Speaks Tagalog + basic English
Strong communication and organization skills
Self-driven and reliable (no micromanagement)
Big PLUS if you have:
Sales, real estate, or field marketing experience
Experience talking to landlords, property owners, or small businesses
Speaks Bisaya or other Filipino dialects
Experience with apps/CRM tools
