Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. This role is suitable for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in improving campaign performance in a responsible and compliant manner.
Responsibilities:
Plan, set up, and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and
Monitor campaign performance and make data-based optimizations
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and basic competitor analysis
Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of advertising spend
Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Run A/B tests to improve ad creatives and campaign effectiveness
Follow platform advertising policies and maintain account quality
Work with team members to support overall marketing objectives
Requirements:
Previous experience in digital advertising or performance marketing
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads and
Basic understanding of campaign tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Ability to interpret data and make practical improvements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good English communication skills
